Azshara was taken over by the goblins post-Shattering. It used to be the night elves' greatest center before the Sundering, but was destroyed due to the reckless magic of the Highborne. Known for being a beautiful and tranquil autumnal zone pre-Shattering, the Goblins have marred the landscape with their pollution and quarries, carving the land into the shape of a Horde symbol.
