Krick is a leper gnome in service of the Lich King. Ick & Krick are considered the second boss encounter in the Pit of Saron. This duo is part of one of the two encounters you need to defeat before "unlocking" the passage to Scourgelord Tyrannus and the Halls of Reflection.
